Local Health Integration Networks

In March 2006, 14 Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) were created by the Ontario Government to plan, integrate and fund local health services across the care continuum. The Toronto Stroke Networks (TSNs) are associated with 3 LHINs: Central LHIN, Central East LHIN, and Toronto Central LHIN.

To identify your LHIN, please refer to the maps below or click on Find Your LHIN, which is located on the home page of the Ontario’s LHINs’ website.
