For Professionals
The Toronto Stroke Networks (TSNs) lead and coordinate the adoption of stroke best practices across the system of care. In collaboration with regional partners, the TSNs have developed a sustainable Knowledge Translation (KT) strategy that supports cross-system collaboration and strengthens relationships and trust leading to system integration. For the front-line provider, there are numerous resources to support development of stroke knowledge and expertise, and to provide education to persons with stroke and their families.
